your existing payment details. You do not need to take any action to accept the
updated pricing. However, please note that you are not obligated to accept the price
revision. You have the option to suspend or deactivate the services before the new
pricing plan comes into effect. If you continue to subscribe to our service after

1. Service Area: HADZ delivers to addresses within the specified postcode areas listed
on our site.
 
2. Ordering and Information: During the order placement process, it is imperative to
select a delivery date and time window. You agree to furnish us with complete and
accurate information necessary for us to fulfil your order.
 
3. Delivery Availability: We deliver to many locations in Australia; however, we cannot
guarantee that delivery will be available to your specific location. Please check our
site for a list of available postcode areas.
 
4. Delivery Day: We strive to deliver on the specified day. However, factors beyond our
control may occasionally lead to delays. In such cases, we will make reasonable
efforts to provide notice of the delay as promptly as possible.
 
5. Delivery Location: Our delivery includes products to be delivered to the front door of
the specified delivery address. If you request delivery inside a premise or building
and we agree, you bear responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs beyond the
front door. It is your duty to make appropriate arrangements, including securing any
required permissions for delivery at your location.
 
6. Third-Party Delivery: Please be aware that for the delivery process, HADZ may
engage third-party delivery companies to ensure the efficient delivery of your order.
If you request delivery inside a premise or building and we agree, you bear
responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs beyond the front door. It is your
duty to make appropriate arrangements, including securing any required permissions
for delivery at your location.
 
7. Order Accuracy: HADZ disclaims any liability for incorrectly placed orders or
inaccurately supplied delivery details.
 
8. Delivery Time: If you won’t be available at the expected delivery time, we
recommend designating a secure delivery location. In the absence of specific
instructions, HADZ will leave your order at the front door. If you provide delivery
instructions in your order, we will make reasonable efforts to comply with them.
 
9. Responsibility: Upon delivery of the products to the nominated address, you assume
responsibility for your order. HADZ accepts no liability once the product has been
delivered.
 
10. Delivery Date and Time: Please be aware that HADZ may occasionally need to adjust
the delivery date and time. We will notify you as promptly as possible if such changes
occur.
 
11. For customers residing in apartment blocks or units, our standard delivery procedure
is to deliver your order to the front of the building. Once your meal box has arrived,
Our drivers will make every effort to locate a secure place for its placement. Please
note that our drivers are unable to buzz apartments or make overnight calls to
customers.

Refund Policy:

 
 
1. Eligibility: We assess refund requests individually to ensure fairness and compliance.

3. Production Stage: Please understand that if your order is already in production, we
cannot process a refund due to associated costs.
 
4. Change of Mind: We cannot issue refunds for changes of mind.
 
5. Product Concerns: If you encounter issues with your products, such as incorrect
items, damage, or deviations from your expectations, please contact HADZ Customer
Support immediately. Our contact details are provided at the end of these Terms.
 
6. Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items: In case you receive an incorrect, damaged, or
faulty item, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request
evidence of the issue and, in certain situations, the return of the item for assessment.
 
7. No Obligation: We want to be upfront that we do not provide refunds for changes of
mind. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs after
delivery, especially if the products were left outside or if the box was damaged or
stolen post-delivery. The responsibility for the products transfers to you upon
delivery.
 
8. Refund Application: Our Refund Policy comes into play when you have a valid reason
for requesting a refund, such as missing items, damage, or non-delivery. We will issue
an appropriate refund after determining that you were charged for a product not
provided as expected. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a full or
partial refund or issue credits for future deliveries. To qualify for a refund, simply
reach out to our customer service at support@hadz.au within seven (7) days of

Regular Orders and Subscriptions:

 
 
When you sign up for regular orders and subscriptions with us, your credit card will be
charged on a recurring schedule, depending on your chosen frequency. We rely on the
information in your account profile to determine the charge date, which is specified there. If
your credit card payment is declined by your provider for any reason, it may result in
changes to the charge dates.
Your recurring orders are processed using a secure third-party PCI compliant payment
gateway. We do not store your actual card information on our servers, ensuring the security of your payment details.
Additionally, if you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personal
information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as
name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number,
expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble
processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
You have the flexibility to modify your recurring orders within the provided Cut-Off Period
(cut off period means 11.59 pm on Monday for delivery on Tuesday 7 days later) This period
begins when we charge your credit card for your regular order and lasts for a specific
duration. Requests for changes or cancellations made after the Cut-Off Period for your
immediate upcoming order cannot be accommodated. However, you can still update future deliveries through your account profile.
At any time, you have the option to pause or cancel your recurring orders, provided it’s
within the Cut-Off Period. Simply log in to your account profile to customise your delivery
schedule as per your preferences. Please note that any payments already processed for
orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

● HADZ will make reasonable efforts to inform prize winners through social media, email, text, or phone. However, if a selected winner cannot be reached within five working days, we reserve the right to draw a new winner or select a reserve, without any liability to the initial winner.
 
● We may choose to contact winners through alternative means.
