- Weekly Billing: After that, billing happens automatically each week, aligned with the cut-off period displayed on your customer dashboard.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time without any penalties.
Can I modify, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! We believe in total flexibility. Here’s how to manage your subscription:

3️⃣ Choose to pause, modify, or cancel your subscription as needed.
There are no contracts or penalties. Make changes before the cut-off period to avoid receiving the next order.

You only pay for the meals you order, and you’re free to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.

When will my meals be delivered?
We deliver on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Here’s the breakdown:
- Sydney: Choose between Tuesday or Wednesday delivery.
- Melbourne & Gold Coast: Deliveries occur on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
You’ll receive a text with a tracking link once your meals are on the way.
What are the order cut-off times?
To ensure timely delivery, place your orders by:

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Nope! Our drivers will leave the box at your front door or your preferred “safe spot” (add this during checkout). Our boxes are insulated with ice packs to keep your meals fresh for up to 10 hours.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a residential or business address.
What if my box is lost or stolen?
Don’t panic! Here’s what to do:
1️⃣ Check your order history – Log into your HADZ account and double-check that the order was processed.
2️⃣ Check for tracking info – We send an SMS with tracking details once your order is on its way.
3️⃣ Still can’t find it? – Contact us at [your email]. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards. This ensures fast, secure, and reliable payments.
How do I know if I’ve been charged?
You’ll receive a payment confirmation via email once your payment is processed.
How do I update my payment details?
To update your payment details:

How much is delivery?
• Orders over $69 qualify for free delivery.
• Orders under $69 have a $15 flat shipping fee.
Are your meals fresh or frozen?
Our meals are made fresh, never frozen. They arrive fresh and ready to eat. If you’d like to keep them for longer, you can freeze them and enjoy them later.
How do you keep your meals fresh?
We use vacuum-sealed packaging to keep your meals fresh. This process removes oxygen, preserving the taste and freshness for 7 to 10 days.
Can I freeze my meals?
Yes, you can freeze them! Our meals are delivered fresh, but if you want to keep them longer, pop them in the freezer and consume within 3 months.
Are your meals gluten-free, dairy-free, or allergen-friendly?
We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary-friendly meals. Each meal is labeled clearly for allergens.
Important Note: Our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen, so while we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free meals.
Do your meals contain artificial preservatives, colours, or sweeteners?
Absolutely not! Our meals are made with natural ingredients, free from artificial colours, preservatives, and sweeteners. If sweetness is needed, we use natural options like dates, honey, or fruits.
Can I change the meals in my order?
No, once you place an order, meals cannot be changed or substituted. This is to ensure we meet our preparation deadlines and cut-off times.
Can I gift HADZ meals to someone else?
Yes! Just enter their delivery address during checkout. We’re also working on introducing gift cards soon.
How do I know if my delivery has arrived?
We’ll send you an SMS with a tracking link once your order is on its way. You’ll also receive a photo confirmation once it’s been delivered.
What if my order is incorrect or missing meals?
If you received the wrong meal or a missing item, contact us at [your email]. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
How do I reheat my meals?
Here’s how to reheat our meals:
Microwave Method
- Peel back the film or remove the lid.
- Heat on high for 1 to 3 minutes.
- Stir and allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.
Oven Method
- Transfer the meal from the tray to an oven-safe dish.
- Heat at 175°C (350°F) for 10 to 15 minutes.
Stovetop Method
- Transfer the meal to a non-stick pan.
• Heat on medium-low, stirring occasionally, until hot.
